「障害者用グループホームの職員として、大切にすべきことはありますか？」とPOEに聞いてみました。
今、障害者用グループホームで作業しており、
人事異動などもあり、私が頼まれることも多くなってきました。
障碍者用グループホームには
「日中支援型」：日中も世話人がおり、介護もしています。
「介護包括型」：日中は利用者さんに就労や生活介護へ行っていただき、夜間のみ世話人がいる状態。
に分かれています。
私が勤務しているのは「介護包括型」なので、夜勤の世話人さんのシフトを作成したりしています。
また東京都には「通過型」（２年で卒業）と「滞在型」（永住型）があります。
今、利用者さんが１人しかいないので、楽な部分もありますが、
３人以上いないと食材宅配サービスを申し込めないなど、不便な点もあります。
また、新しくできたほうのGHにも人が入ることになり、
急いで夜勤の方を募集している状態です。
入られる方も、病院を退院してくるので、
家具をそろえたり、そのお金がどこから出るのかなどを調べたりと
やることがたくさんあります。
就労と違い、居場所というより生活の場となるので、
トラブル（幻聴が出やすかったりと）も多く発生します。
どういった障害で、どういった点に注意すべきなのかは
世話人さんとも情報共有しておいたほうがいいと、個人的には思っています。
障害があることは、望んでなったことではないことは理解されている方もいます。
でも、普段接する世話人さんにできることとできないことがあることも、こちらが把握しておかないとミスマッチが生じます。
生活の場ということを念頭において、
ゆっくりでも共同生活を送っていけたらと思います。
