「ITを利用した福祉の広報業務」について、POEに聞いてみました。
先日、メモリアルビデオの作成依頼がありました。
就労BでtiktokやInstagramなどに投稿していましたが、
メモリアルビデオは２回目でした。
SNSに投稿していた感じで作成しました。
今は、直感的に作れる便利なソフトがたくさんあり、進化を感じました。
福祉の基本は対人援助であり、
ITはあくまでもツールとして使うという感覚はあります。
でもその対人援助をする前に、人とつながることが重要です。
知ってもらわないとつながれないので、
InstagramやFB、tiktokなどで周知を行い、
googole business に登録するなど、できることはたくさんあります。
営業分析や、今後の方向や戦略にも必要なデータを集めることもできます。
パソコンが苦手な方も多いですが、
福祉のプロフェッショナルだったり、介護が得意という方もいます。
それぞれの得意分野を活かし、尊重することが大切なのかなと思います。
また、どの業界でも、わかるように説明することも大切だなと感じました。
