　先日、刑に服した知的障害のある方の、地域移行支援の面談に行ってきました。

　ちょうど1年前から面談してきました。

　知的障害のある方に多い、衝動を我慢できない部分があり、その部分で複数回法に抵触してしまったようでした。

　本人と何度も面談して、生きてきた世界やそこから得てきた知見、習性を垣間見てきました。

　

　以前話題になった「ケーキの切れない少年たち」という本がありましたね。

　障害があったり、グレーゾーンだったりと、生きにくい方がうまくいかなくて法に抵触してしまうことはあり、

　出所後に各都道府県にある生活支援センターのSWが、住まいの確保や悩み事の解決などを行っています。

　

　今のグループホームに来てから後見人がつき、グループホームに入る前からついていた相談員さんも来ていました。

　一人で生きていくことが難しい場合、福祉を頼ってほしいと感じています。
